Caring Canadians Society is a not-for-profit organization that engages in community activities and charity campaigns in London, ON as well as less privileged regions overseas. They contacted us to have a professional charity website designed where they can display their local and international activities, accept volunteer applications, and collect donations for their causes.

After having made multiple phone calls and correspondence to clearly understand their needs, we produced a detailed proposal that will meet their expectations.

Charity Website Design

We agreed to develop a responsive, SEO-friendly, and scalable website based on a WordPress theme that we would customize in line with their preferences. First, we presented multiple WordPress themes to select from, and we started the design process.

Our client had a clear image of what they want to have on their website and how they want to display them. Based on their expectations and the content they provided, we started to design the website. We took the initiative to diverge from their requests where necessary to enhance the user experience, and it eventually brought better results than they expected.

The website we designed features dynamic photo galleries, volunteer application forms, online donation buttons linked to Square POS, and lots of information about this young organization. We also added a signup form to collect email data for sharing information on the upcoming campaigns. Basic SEO settings are also completed to ensure the proper look when the website links are shared online.

We will be working together to expand the website with upcoming events and more galleries in time.

Logo Re-Design

The organization had a draft logo which they wanted to be recreated in a way to be free from any copyright claims. We redesigned their draft logo by keeping the concept but changing some patterns to prevent any copyright issues.
