HALCAN Real Estate, a newly established Real Estate firm, contacted us with the need for a real estate website and brand design. We had several meetings to discuss their needs, preferences, and requirements, and provided them with digital marketing guidance.

Once we understood each other and decided how to proceed, we provided them with a project proposal, and they decided to go ahead with the following project scope.

Brand Design

We determined optimal colour options and selected a brand colour palette together with our client. In line with brand palette and the desired style, we designed the logo, business cards, stationery items, presentation template, and social media visuals.

We also created a brand guidelines document to ensure the correct use of the colours and the logo.

Real Estate Website Design

We designed a responsive and SEO-friendly real estate website for the client. The website features an advanced real estate search function with map, listing pages for different categories, a mortgage calculator, a valuation request form, and a blog for sharing useful information on the real estate market.

With the advanced insights panel, web admins can see detailed visitor and search statistics. We also integrated all social media accounts and pages for the business with the website.

As in all our website design projects, a Canada-based premium hosting plan, unlimited business email accounts, speed optimization, and a 30-day free support was included in this service.

CRM Integrations

We integrated third party CRM systems and listing feeds (IDX Feed/iHomefinder) to the website to display updated real estate listings drawn from the IDX feed.

Advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

We provided our client with a one-time SEO service to launch their website with advanced SEO functionality. We evaluated and revised the website content in detail to optimize it for search engines.

We also equipped the website with an advanced SEO tool and completed its setup and customization for a strong SEO from the beginning.

Social Media Optimization

We created and optimized social media pages and accounts for our client’s business on their selected platforms. We integrated social media accounts with each other as well as with the website. We also added auto-reply function wherever applicable.
