Berhan Immigration & Settlement Services Inc. is a licensed immigration consulting company operating in London and Woodstock, Ontario. We had been working with them for the maintenance of their existing immigration consulting website before designing a new website for them.

While maintaining and improving their old website, we noticed several issues with the user experience and the SEO-compatibility and informed them of the existing shortcomings. After a year of working together, they decided to go ahead with a new website with better user experience and improved capacity to support their marketing activities.

We came up with a comprehensive plan to elevate all facets of their online presence including their website, branding, social media, and presence on search engines.

We started by outlining the structure of their new website. We did comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to develop an optimal menu structure for the website and determined how many separate pages are needed for the best results on search engines.

Upon the confirmation of website structure outline, we worked together to generate and optimize the website content for this much more comprehensive website.

Once everything is ready, we developed a responsive website on WordPress with all technical settings in place paying special consideration to the user experience and SEO-compatibility. We integrated all necessary forms and booking functions and had 301 moved permanently to eliminate any broken links indexed on search engines from the old website.

We also set up Google Analytics and Webmaster tools to keep track of website traffic and analyze the impact of online marketing initiatives.

Brand Regeneration & Social Media Optimization

The owner was happy with her existing logo, but they didn’t have it in high-resolution format. As a part of our 360-degree approach, we recreated their existing logo with a little touch of modernization without changing the main concept. We also produced a new brand color palette to reflect their brand image.

Additionally, we optimized the settings of their existing social media channels and renewed their profile and banner/cover images. As a cherry-on-top, we provided their social media staff with a 1-hour training session on effective social media management practices to ensure the continuity of their online success.

Local SEO for Immigration Consulting Website

While setting up the website, we optimized all the written and visual content for search engines. Additionally, we equipped the website with initial SEO functions through the setup and customization of an SEO plugin to improve their visibility on search engines for especially local searches.
