Amy reached out to us from Australia for the online presence of her Reiki practice, Body, Mind & Ki. She had a DIY website that she created on Wix, and she wanted to get it look professional before the upcoming launch her new Podcast series, The Holistic Health Show. So, we had only one week before the podcast launch to complete a Wix website design that will reflect her professionalism.

Project Scope

The scope of the project was a little more than the website design. In fact, we did a complete online presence management for her including website, search engine optimization (SEO), and the optimization of social channels.

Basic Branding before Wix Website Design:

First thing first, we needed the brand colours and a fresh logo for this complete online makeover. Therefore, we designed logo options with different colour palettes for the client to choose from. We completed the basic branding with the logo and color palette that Amy selected.

Wix Website Design:

Once we have the logo and brand colours, we immediately started to plan the structure of the website. As soon as we received the brief and the content from our client, we were ready to proceed. We started with a template that Amy selected to ensure the style of the design is in line with her taste and preferences. Then, we proceeded with doing our magic and created a lovely website in line with the principals of user experience.

Besides a stellar design, we generated services and podcast episodes using Wix content management system for her convenience. We also created services for booking, completed all the settings, integrated her website with Mailchimp for email marketing and set up lead generation tools where appropriate.

Initial Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Social Media Streamlining:

After designing the website, we optimized all the settings to be more visible on search engines. We selected the optimal keywords, created meta tags and descriptions, and oversaw all the website content to be SEO-friendly. We also went over 10+ blog posts to make them SEO-friendly in terms of the text structure as well as SEO settings.

As we got a completely new branding, we streamlined the social media channels of Body, Mind & Ki with new logo and brand colours. We also went over all the settings and ensured everything is in its right place for an effective social media presence.

We launched the website with the new branding in one week and completed the SEO work in three weeks following the launch. We’re still supporting our client to maximize their business potential.
